What IS required: An open, curious mind and heart, and a commitment to participate in holding safe space for all participants. NO EXCEPTIONS

The activities inside of container include sound, writing/drawing, movement, meditation/guided visualization, breath and energy work. You are welcome to adapt any activities to your preference or comfort level, and you are welcome to leave or take a break at any time.
